Terms of lease: Upon conclusion of the lease agreement, the current monthly rent and a €1000 security deposit are paid by the tenant, as well as a part of the cost of carrying out the lease transaction to the real estate company, in the amount of one month's rent, is also refunded to the landlord. If the tenant is a legal entity, the latter assumes the payment of agency brokerage costs in the amount of one month's rent.
