- purchase of a building plot by a legal entity (Ltd.): sales price + 25% VAT, which is tax deductible,
- purchase of a building plot by a natural/physical person: sales price + 25% VAT, which is not deductible,
- the sales price does not include the statutory real estate transfer tax (PPN) in the amount of 3% of the sales price, which is charged to the buyer regardless of whether it is a natural or legal entity,
- (possible) notary/lawyer fees are divided equally/appropriately between the seller and the buyer according to their applicable tariffs.
