8 parking spaces for rent, 24/7 access, MONTHLY UTILITY/SERVICE COSTS INCLUDED
Ljubljana - Bežigrad: Župančičeva jama; garage exits lead to Štihova Street, Neubergerjeva Street, Avcinova Street, and Hacqetova Street.
We are renting 8 parking spaces, located in a secure building complex, within an underground garage. The spaces are situated on the -2 level and are accessible 24 hours a day via an access card. The lease term is 1 year, with the possibility of extension. The rent amount is subject to an annual adjustment based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
The monthly rent includes all monthly utility and service costs. If the tenant is a legal entity, VAT will be applied to the rent.
The parking spaces are available for use immediately.
Terms of lease: Upon conclusion of the lease agreement, the current monthly rent and 2-month security deposit are paid, as well as a part of the cost of carrying out the lease transaction to the real estate company, in the amount of one month's rent, is reimbursed. In the event that the tenant is a legal entity, the latter assumes the payment of agency fees in the amount of one month's rent. Agency is not in the VAT system.
