TERMS OF LEASE/LEASOR: Upon conclusion of the lease agreement, the current monthly rent and 2-month security deposit are paid, as well as a part of the cost of carrying out the lease transaction to the real estate company, in the amount of one month's rent, is reimbursed. If the tenant is a legal entity, the latter assumes the payment of agency fees in the amount of one month's rent.
