Parking spaces are located on the -2nd floor, accessible by card, 24h.
Rent for 1 year with the possibility of extending the lease agreement.
The rent is valorized with the consumer price index on a yearly basis.
Monthly costs are included in the monthly rent.
Parking spaces are available from 01.10.2026.
Terms of lease: Upon conclusion of the lease agreement, the current monthly rent and 2-month security deposit are paid by the tenant, as well as a part of the cost of carrying out the lease transaction to the real estate company, for one month's rent, is reimbursed. If the tenant is a legal entity, the latter assumes the payment of agency fees for one month's rent.
