In Murgle neighbourhood, we rent a 2-BED, 1-BATH furnished, atrium apartment, with a basement and one parking space (in the garage). The layout includes a hallway, laundry/utility room, bedroom, (children's) room, bathroom (w/ shower), kitchen with dining room and living room with access to the atrium. An underfloor heating system is installed, with recuperation ventilation.
The apartment is renting long-term, for a period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension. Move-in ready from Sept. 1st, 2026 or prior if wanted so by the future occupant.
The flat will be rented exclusively to non-smokers, with no domestic animals.
Lessor's conditions: Upon conclusion of the lease agreement, the current monthly rent and 3-month security deposit are paid, as well as a part of the cost of carrying out the lease transaction to the real estate company, in the amount of one month's rent, is reimbursed. In the event that the tenant is a legal entity, the latter assumes the payment of agency fees in the amount of one month's rent.
